My husband and I have been doing personal training sessions with Justin for a year now. We were seeking help as just using a treadmill didn’t seem to be doing much for us. I had never done any strength training prior to working with him because I felt overwhelmed with all the advice and options online. I was also scared I would hurt myself with improper form. But after working with Justin, strength training doesn’t seem as intimidating and is something I enjoy. I feel I have gained not only muscle but a ton of knowledge to do training safely and effectively.
