  • Main entrance has a ramp
  • Lift to access second floor
  • Parking lot has four handicap parking spaces
  • ADA accessible on both levels
  • First floor is gendered
  • Second floor is not gendered
  • Infant changing tables are available in all bathrooms
  • Café sells items with dairy, nuts, gluten, and eggs
  • Please do not bring in any outside food
  • Straws are provided, but we encourage you to bring your own!
  • Music is played overhead, but can be turned down
  • A full body harness is required to participate in the ropes course
  • A lower body harness is required to participate in rock climbing
  • Our signature scent is diffused throughout the facility
  • Peak times are anticipated to be around 4-7 p.m. Monday–Thursday, 4-9 p.m. on Fridays, Noon-7 p.m. on Saturdays, and 1-6 p.m. on Sundays. Please note: this is only a projection.
  • Service Animals are always welcome in our facility but are not allowed on any portion of the courses for both the safety of the animal and the safety of our patrons.
  • Service animals are defined as dogs or miniature horses that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities.
  • Service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective controls.
  • Crates will be provided upon request so that a handler may use the courses.
  • Emotional support/comfort animals and pets are not permitted in the facility at any time.
