As we welcome you back to Iron Coyote during this pandemic, we’ve taken many steps to ensure your safety and the safety of those around you.
Online Passes and Hours
All passes will have to be purchased online. This limits contact with the front desk. This also allows us to know how many people are coming to ensure everyone gets the best experience possible and allows us to properly sanitize equipment between groups.
We are limiting our hours until such a time that we can resume normal business operations.
A total of 25 total guests will be allowed in the building at any given time. The ratio of participants to non-participants should not exceed 1:1.
What to Expect on Arrival
Guests and staff will also be required to wash their hands as they enter or use hand sanitizer as they enter the building. Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the building
Staff will be required to wear face coverings except when giving an orientation at the front desk, high ropes course, or climbing wall area. They will stay six feet from guests during these times.
Participants are strongly encouraged to wear a mask while resting and on the course. Guests are required to wear masks at all times per the Phase 4 Mitigation restrictions enacted by the Governor.
Social Distancing and Cleaning
We are asking guests to stay a six feet from other guests who are not family members during their visit.
Tables in the cafe will be moved to a safe distance of six feet. Only credit cards will be accepted.
Frequently touched areas of the facility will be cleaned with a peroxide based disinfectant at least every hour during business hours. Courses will be wiped down with the same disinfectant as often as possible. Large surfaces such as the bouldering wall and harnessed climbing elements will use a HVLP sprayer to spray the disinfectant between groups.
After a harness has been used, it will be washed using a mild detergent and hung to dry before being used but he next guest. We ask that guests do all harnessed activities back-to-back.
