Be a part the impactful Iron Coyote Fitness Camp with trainers Paul Hursey and John Clausen! Many options available!


Paul’s classes are Mon. Wed. and Thurs. at 6 a.m. and 5 p.m.
John’s classes are Monday through Friday at 9 a.m. through 12 p.m.
$79 per month – Includes three classes a week
$99 per month – Includes five classes a week
Both trainers are available for personal training as well.

Class Options

At Iron Coyote there are several workout options to meet your active lifestyle.  You will be able to participate in personal training that includes one on one sessions and small group sessions that provide everything from cardio workouts to high intensity interval training and strength training.

John's Classes

John’s classes are available for 1 on 1 sessions, small group sessions and provide a blend of high intensity interval training, cardio and strength training that is modified to meet your fitness level.

Monday: 9am – 12pm
Tuesday: 9am – 12pm
Wednesday: 9am – 12pm
Thursday: 9am – 12pm
Friday: 9am – 12pm

Paul's Classes

Paul’s classes are group fitness classes with a blend of cardio and strength training that is guaranteed to get your heartrate up and provide a workout that will help you whether you are looking to lose weight or build muscle.

Monday: 6am and 5pm

Wednesday: 6am and 5pm

Thursday: 6am and 5pm

Paul Hursey

Paul has been a certified personal trainer since 2009 and an instructor for his group fitness class “Paul’s Boot Camp”  2011-17. Paul specializes in functional group training and weight loss. He also runs numerous fitness events for charity events. He has always had a passion for fitness and a desire to help his people reach their goals.

He was Bloomington/Normal’s Personal Fitness Trainer of the year in 2020.

As a new member of the Iron Coyote team he plans to help as many people as he can improve their health and fitness.

John Clausen

I have always been passionate about health and wellness. I cannot stress the importance of being healthy and taking our health to the next level no matter where that starting point may be. As a natural professional bodybuilder competing for 23 years and a personal trainer for 17 years, I have learned so much and I am consistently educating myself so not only I can improve but improve the health of others on an ongoing basis. Here are my competition accomplishments and certifications.

  • 4th place NPC Natural Novice Midwest Challenge Light Heavyweight Bodybuilding 1999
  • 1st place NANBF Great Northern Bodybuilding Classic 2005
  • 3rd place NANBF Super Pro Qualifier 2006
  • 1st place NANBF Super Pro Qualifier 2009 to receive my IFPA pro status.
