Paul’s classes are Mon. – Thurs. at 6 a.m. and 5 p.m.
$99 per month – Includes four classes a week.
Paul is available for personal training as well.

Class Options

At Iron Coyote there are several workout options to meet your active lifestyle.  You will be able to participate in personal training that includes small group sessions that provide everything from cardio workouts to strength training.

Paul’s classes are group fitness classes with a blend of cardio and strength training that is guaranteed to get your heartrate up and provide a workout that will help you whether you are looking to lose weight or build muscle.

Monday: 6am and 5pm

Wednesday: 6am and 5pm

Thursday: 6am and 5pm

Our Trainer


Paul Hursey

Paul has been a certified personal trainer since 2009 and an instructor for his group fitness class “Paul’s Boot Camp”  2011-17. Paul specializes in functional group training and weight loss. He also runs numerous fitness events for charity events. He has always had a passion for fitness and a desire to help his people reach their goals.

He was Bloomington/Normal’s Personal Fitness Trainer of the year in 2020.

As a new member of the Iron Coyote team he plans to help as many people as he can improve their health and fitness.
